DGHO-Mentoring-Programm „Better Together”
The path to hematology and medical oncology is professionally fascinating, but it also raises important career questions: What are the right next steps for me? How do I find my specialization? How can I effectively combine clinical practice, research, and personal development? This is precisely where the DGHO mentoring program "Better Together" comes in. It supports students, young physicians, and researchers with structured mentoring from experienced individuals in research, clinical practice, and clinical settings. The focus is on individual exchange, personal guidance, concrete career development opportunities, and building a strong network within the professional society – not on financial compensation.
